HexaServe is hiring a **Customer Support Associate** to manage inbound and outbound communications. You will resolve customer queries, document issues, and support process improvements.
**Responsibilities:**
• Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and phone.
• Document and track issues systematically.
• Collaborate with internal teams for quick resolution.
• Maintain knowledge base and FAQ updates.
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
• 0-2 years experience in customer support.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
**Job Highlights:**
