Detailed Job Description

The QA Lead will define the testing strategy for our suite of cloud-based applications. You will be responsible for selecting the right tools, designing automation scripts, and ensuring that our products are bug-free before reaching millions of users. You will bridge the gap between development and operations (DevOps) to ensure continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Designing comprehensive test plans for mobile and web platforms.
• Automation: Building and maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
• Performance Testing: Using JMeter to test application stability under high-traffic conditions.
• Security Testing: Ensuring that user data is protected against common vulnerabilities.
• Team Leadership: Mentoring a team of 10+ QA engineers and conducting performance reviews.

Qualifications and Expertise

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years in Software Testing with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience with Jenkins, Docker, and Git.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
